2. The service
GeneratePaper provides educational tools including paper generation, question selection, online MCQ practice, saved papers, institution features, books, past papers and protected PDF viewing. Features may be added, changed, limited or discontinued when necessary.
3. Accounts and security
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
- You may not share, sell, transfer or misuse an account in a way that defeats subscription or security controls.
4. Generated papers and educational use
Generated papers are intended to support teaching, learning, assessment and practice. Users should review generated output before printing, publishing or relying on it. GeneratePaper does not guarantee that every question, answer, format or syllabus mapping is error-free or suitable for every institution.
5. Books, past papers and protected PDFs
Published resources may be viewed without login where indicated. PDF files are streamed through a protected viewer and may be subject to access controls, short-lived links and technical restrictions. Public availability does not transfer copyright or ownership to the user.
- Do not bypass the protected viewer, scrape files, automate bulk downloading or redistribute protected resources without permission.
- Resource descriptions, classifications and publication status may change as content is reviewed.
- Copyright complaints should identify the affected resource and include sufficient evidence for review.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans provide the features described at the time of purchase. Prices, usage limits and plan benefits may change for future billing periods. Payment approval may depend on successful verification. Except where required by law or expressly stated, completed payments are non-refundable after paid features have been used.
7. User submissions
When you submit contact messages, profile information, institution details, questions, branding or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. You grant GeneratePaper the limited permission needed to store, process and display that material for operating the requested service.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Attempt to access another user’s account, private storage, administration area or restricted data.
- Upload malware, executable code, deceptive files, harmful content or material that infringes another party’s rights.
- Probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or its security controls.
- Use GeneratePaper for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading activity.
9. Intellectual property
The GeneratePaper name, branding, software, layouts, original content and platform features are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party books, past papers, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to maintain reliability and security, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, GeneratePaper is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from downtime, data loss, user error, third-party services or reliance on generated educational content.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, threatens security, abuses resources, avoids payment controls or creates legal risk. Users may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect new features, legal requirements or operational changes. The updated date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
